About Loving Welsh Food
Award-winning Loving Welsh Food is a specialist food experience company celebrating Welsh food, drink and culture in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. We offer food and drink experiences for groups, tour operators and private parties. Experiences include walking food tours, Welshcake workshops and a Taste of Wales evening event.
Led by local Welsh-speaking guides, our experiences introduce guests to Welsh food, culture, language and stories in a relaxed and engaging way. Walking food tours can accommodate groups of 2 to 20 people. For groups of over 10, guests meet at the same venue before being divided into smaller groups, with visits to food tour venues arranged at staggered times. This keeps the tour personal while supporting small local businesses.
Our Welshcake workshops take place in a beautiful Grade II* listed chapel in Cardiff city centre and can welcome groups of up to 40 guests.
Our Taste of Wales evening event combines Welsh food and drink with poetry and song, making it an ideal welcome to Wales or a memorable end to a tour.
Our activities can be delivered in English, Welsh, French, Italian and German.
