Adding or updating your information on our site searches

Our website search covers accommodation, venues, team building and incentive activities, attractions and operators. Depending on the nature of your business, you may need to meet specific criteria in order to be visible on the Meet In Wales site.

Accommodation businesses need to be accredited through either Visit Wales or the AA. Read further information on accreditation with Visit Wales.

It is recommended that attractions participate in the Visitor Attraction Quality Scheme.

Activity providers should complete the activity provider form.

You can easily amend the details in your product listing online using an account on ProductListing.Wales.  If you don't have an account or would like help using ProductListing.Wales, please contact:

Our website includes news articles and case studies held in Wales for Associations, corporate, team building and incentive groups. You can contact us with good examples of case studies that we can share with global buyers to encourage further engagement, ideas and interest in Wales for their next business event. You can also share news stories with us on product update such as new conference rooms or upgraded accommodation, new group activities and tours or new openings aimed at the Business Events market.

Our website showcases products and regions to attract global buyer to Wales. You can share your images with us to promote your product offer to the Business Events market for incentives, dinners, product launches, meetings, exhibitions and team building events. Images will need to be of adult groups and a copyright form will need to be completed in advance.
