Venues

With unsurpassed knowledge of venue choices across the country – including those hidden gems that all planners seek – the team are able to work with your requirements to find the perfect match for your event.

Familiarisation visits

As well as supporting with itinerary planning, the team will be delighted to support your familiarisation planning and visits to potential venues and hotels.

Bid and presentation support

Wales is incredible!  and the team are there to help you share this – if you are looking for help preparing an individual bid or prefer a visit to you to make a presentation, the Meet In Wales team will be delighted to support.  Please submit your request for proposal. 

Access and local transport

Whether providing up to date transport information, details of private transfers or brokering delegate transport deals with partner organisations, the Meet In Wales team are there to help. Working closely with Cardiff Airport they can also assist with arrival branding and delegate meeting points at the airport.

Tours/ social programmes

For out of meeting activities and special social programmes the team is able to support with itineraries and highlight the best experiences and locations for you and your delegates.

Support services

With a network of trusted suppliers across Wales the team can supply advice and contact information for any specific services you may need, including entertainment, production, Destination Management (DMC) and Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) services as well as any out of conference experiences.

Delegate information and support

Helping your delegates get the most out of their stay in Wales, the team can supply a wealth of information to help with things to see and do.

Subvention

For some events,  there may be some limited financial support available, to support event organisers and planners who are planning to bring an event to Wales

We welcome applications from various types of organisations, including but not limited to; event organisers, convention bureau / destination management organisations, universities or associations.  

Proposals are accepted for support from £5,000 up to £20,000 per event/bid. Support can be requested beyond this amount but must be backed by a strong business case.
