As Head of Games and Design at the University of South Wales, I lead one of the most successful creative divisions in the country and recently founded the Games and Animation Academy of Wales, a pioneering initiative to connect education, industry, and research. Bringing events to the region means showcasing Welsh talent on a global stage, fostering collaboration, and inspiring the next generation of designers and developers.
