Dr Jayne Griffith-Parry serves as Academic Director of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Programme Manager for hospitality, international hotel management and tourism courses at University of Wales Trinity St David. She plays a key role in promoting the university’s hospitality programmes on both national and international stages, including organising and hosting prestigious events such as the World Young Chef Young Waiter (YYY) regional competition, helping showcase Welsh hospitality talent and strengthen industry links
