Laura has been instrumental in pioneering innovative teaching and learning methods within the Education Studies team. Under Laura’s leadership, students are supported to connect academic frameworks (in areas such as inclusion, wellbeing, teaching methodology) with practical experiences in schools, communities and diverse learning settings. She emphasises that this approach not only builds students’ professional readiness but also develops lifelong-learning mindsets.
Laura’s vision is to shape education programmes that are responsive to the changing needs of learners, educators and society at large—ensuring the next generation of teachers and educational professionals are equipped to lead in dynamic, inclusive and digitally-enhanced environments.
