Steeped in fascinating history and nestled in the serene Aeron Valley of Ceredigion, Tŷ Glyn offers a truly distinctive setting for corporate events and incentive experiences. Once the summer retreat of T.S. Eliot—who found creative inspiration here under the ownership of publisher Geoffrey Faber—Tŷ Glyn has long been a place where ideas flourish
In the 1950s, Tŷ Glyn was home to Gillian ‘Bobby’ Wilton Clark, a decorated war heroine and pioneering rally driver, adding a legacy of courage and innovation to its story. Following its restoration in the 1980s, Tŷ Glyn has evolved into a refined venue where heritage meets modern sophistication. Today, it provides an inspiring backdrop for leadership retreats, strategy sessions, and team-building experiences—inviting organisations to reimagine, reconnect, and inspire their teams in a setting shaped by ambition, artistry, and resilience.

Tŷ Glyn offers a range of versatile meeting spaces:
- The Grand Hall – Accommodates up to 200 delegates, ideal for large conferences and presentations
- The Writers Room – A quiet, focused space for 8–16 guests with a private balcony, perfect for planning sessions
- The Ceremony Room – A flexible space for 60–100 attendees, suitable for talks, panels, or networking events
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, projector and screen, microphones, and supported by a car park with EV charging.

Ty Glyn offers 13 beautifully appointed rooms, designed to provide comfort and focus for business travellers and corporate groups. With calming views of the rolling Welsh hills, the accommodation includes two spacious family rooms and a premium Super King suite—ideal for executive stays or incentive rewards. This suite features a private balcony, four-poster king-size bed, freestanding bath, fireplace, adjoining lounge, and mini bar, offering a refined space to relax or reflect after a productive day.

Delegates and guests can also enjoy the Tŷ Glyn Restaurant and bar, where locally sourced ingredients meet creative flair.
The venue also features landscape artwork by Welsh print artist Elin Crowley, celebrating local creativity and adding a distinctive cultural touch to the surroundings. For business dining, the Tŷ Glyn restaurant offers a range of catering options, complemented by an outdoor terrace and bar with views of the Welsh countryside.
Whether you're planning a strategic retreat, a creative workshop, or a small conference, Tŷ Glyn offers a unique blend of tranquillity, inspiration, and professionalism - right in the heart of Ceredigion.
