established in 1998, we are an independently owned, limited company that offers professional leadership and management development programmes to businesses and organisations across the UK. From our own 73 acre centre in the Brecon Beacons National Park (3 hours west of London) we can deliver both onsite or offsite at venues across Wales, we can deliver a bespoke event for you and your clients.

We work with a wide range of clients from a diverse range of industries, to develop their leaders and the teams they lead. We have previously won a C&IT award for best team building activity and recognition from Rough Guides for our canyoning activity, as one of the must do wet and wild activities in the world.
