Originally from Cwrt-y-Cadno in Carmarthenshire, Aled graduated in Land Management from the University of Reading before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer. A Nuffield Farming Scholar, he has presented Bwletin Amaeth on BBC Radio Cymru and previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
