Nataliia has worked at the Advanced Composite Training and Development Centre/ Airbus on numerous academic and industrial projects. She also plays an active role in the university's academic partnership with Dalian Polytechnic University, China.
Nataliia supervised many undergraduate and postgraduate students, designed and managed a Programme for MSc Composite Materials Engineering, where she taught modules using a variety of study methods to different audiences. She presented at different national and international conferences. Nataliia is a member of WES Women’s Engineering Society, and actively supports STEM events for girls and women who want to study and pursue careers in STEM.
