Sample programme overview

Day 1 | Arrival, spa time and private dining
Arrive into Pembrokeshire and transfer to St Brides Spa Hotel. Allow time for coastal or spa downtime before a private dinner at Penally Abbey. Optional enhancements include Welsh cheese, vineyard pairings or Welsh whisky and spirits tasting.

Day 2 | Coastline adventure, creativity and foraged food
Choose from coastal wildlife, coasteering, beach cookery, foraging or creative workshops. End the day with a hosted foraged tasting dinner that connects the menu to the surrounding landscape.

Day 3 | From coast to countryside
Move inland for e-bike touring, horse riding or a rural Welsh heritage experience, including sheepdog handling. Continue to Mid Wales for a hosted dinner and an intimate Welsh musical encounter.

Day 4 | Wellness, landscape and dark sky wonder
Enjoy exclusive time at Welsh Lavender Farm with optional perfumery, yoga, printmaking or behind-the-scenes lavender experiences. Continue to Elan Valley for a ranger-led walk, astronomy and a farewell banquet beneath the stars.

Final morning | Departure
