To be listed on our Meet In Wales website and on our product database, you will need to operate a quality Wales Business Events product, have suitable and market relevant website content and an existing database of clients.


If you have accommodation in Wales and are graded by Visit Wales or the AA you can be included in our search. If you can offer additional services for corporate group rates or other services such as team building activities, exclusive hire or meeting spaces please include this in your listing.

If you’re an outdoor activity provider for incentives or team building corporate groups, you can be included in our search. You will need to self-certify your accreditation by completing a self-certification form. This will provide reassurances that your business has met a standard that demonstrates your ability to deliver safe and effective industry practice. Please remember to include in your listing if you have meeting rooms on the same site.

If you have an attraction in Wales you can register to be on the database. For the Meet In Wales product listing, you should also list your corporate offer, such as exclusive hire, hospitality, incentive/team building experiences or event space for gala dinners, product launches or meetings. Where you have meeting space with facilities that can meet the Business Events market requirements please ensure to also add a separate venue product listing. It is recommended that attractions participate in the Visitor Attraction Quality Scheme.

If you provide event support services for Business Events you can be included on our website under operator/ground handler. Event Support Services work with us to deliver high quality services, supporting planning through to delivery for clients to deliver a memorable Business Event in Wales.

Companies offering tours in Wales for corporate clients ranging from out of conference groups, team building and incentives.


Companies who often serve to reward employees who meet or exceed performance requirements, usually for high spend programmes.


Companies that are based in the UK who deal with overseas operators. Incoming offer the same services as ground handlers although they are more likely to offer their own programmes and not essentially custom-made programmes. They may also get involved with organising flights whereas ground handers only get involved once they arrive in the UK.

If you have a venue that’s suitable for Business Events including academic venue, accommodation venue, activity venue, attraction venue, conference/meeting venue, convention centre/area/stadium or a dining venue you can be included in our search.  These venues must be suitable for congress, corporate meetings, conferences, gala dinners, product launches or exhibitions for business events. There isn’t a right type fits all for business events, venues can range from small to large of all different sizes and shapes. Your hidden gem could be the perfect match for event professionals. Include in your listing if you have accommodation or other corporate group services to offer.

To register you must meet the following criteria

  • Operate a quality Wales product
  • Have current public liability insurance (including any third-party suppliers) if applicable.
  • Have relevant insurance if any vehicles are used to transport clients.
  • Have relevant bonding / insurance / other measures to protect customers and are compliant with Package Travel Regulations, if applicable.
